We do a weekly shop – the weekends we wing it according to what’s left in the fridge our scrounge around the freezer but knowing what we’re having for dinner Mon-Fri makes life so much easier. I’ve put together some suggestions (I have LOADS more there were so many fantastic ideas sent my way), but here’s a start – I hope it helps you plan ahead and takes some stress off your shoulders when writing out that shopping list!
