You all know I love my lists. Any lists in fact, it’s the Virgo in me. And some of you have messaged to say I’m you’re go-to for what on earth to do with your kids over the weekends or holidays, so ta-daaaa – another list, and giveaway!

This list is for all the parents that want to get out and actually do something with their kids – not just watch while sipping a delish cuppa on the side-lines (no judgies, who doesn’t love a good coffee), but be there, right alongside them spending quality time getting active.

So here you go – get active, get the kids sweating, up your steps in the process of special bonding time!

BOUNCE – the most well-known trampoline park in Johannesburg, if not South Africa – has you covered with THREE Joburg (and Pretoria) venues: Fourways, Waterfall and Menlyn Maine. Not only can you go for a fun family BOUNCE session, the amazing team at BOUNCE has literally just launched a brand-new concept called Play Dates – If you can walk, you can BOUNCE!

Play Dates is a 3 hour ticket designed especially for the little jumpers and their parents. Toddlers and pre-schoolers are given unlimited morning jump time to progress while parents can join in, get some time            to themselves or watch on.

Play Dates is available Tuesday’s & Thursday’s from 9am to 12pm at BOUNCE Waterfall (during Public School term time). This innovative and one-of-a-kind new concept provides you with some safe and                   stimulating jump time with your child in a fun multi-sensory environment! Or, try out the daily kids Gold Master Classes at World of Golf (where there’s also a driving range). If you’re into a little more fun you can always check our Adventure Golf in Randburg or Fourways!
