So, we baked bread. But it wasn’t the banana kind (swimming against the flow ya know). This bread I’ve eaten throughout my childhood and now I bake it for my very own family! It’s super simple, requires no rising or kneading and it goes down an absolute treat slathered with butter and served alongside a delish braai and salad. It doesn’t keep too well, so, sorry, you’ll be eating this in one sitting – although it’s no hardship I promise!
