My wonderful husband had a birthday recently, so we leapt at the opportunity to make a Pillsbury Funfetti™ Cake covered in sprinkles for him!
This cake was so delicious, honestly, and what a fun experience for Soph to play with all these sprinkles – a sensory delight!
1 x box Pillsbury Funfetti™ Cake Mix
(250ml Water, 85ml Oil, 2 Eggs)
1 x tub Pillsbury Ready-to-Spread Vanilla Flavoured Frosting
Sprinkles to decorate
- Mix up Funfetti™ Cake Mix, Eggs, Oil and Water as per box instructions.
- Pour the ready Cake Mix into a greased Springform pan or divide the mixture into two smaller cake pans and bake as per box instructions.
- Once baked and cooled, cover the entire cake with an even layer of Pillsbury Ready-to-Spread Frosting.
Press generous handfuls of sprinkles all over the cake (with the cake stand in a tray to help eliminate some of the mess) and tip off the excess sprinkles back into the tray – voila, the perfect celebration cake!
